The substate region referred to as Areas 1 and 5 is made up of county/counties Benton, Carroll, Crawford, Franklin, Logan, Madison, Polk, Scott, Sebastian, Washington.

The substate region referred to as Areas 2 and 3 is made up of county/counties Baxter, Boone, Cleburne, Fulton, Independence, Izard, Jackson, Marion, Newton, Searcy, Sharp, Stone, Van Buren, White, Woodruff.
