To Change Your Address on OAS Mailing List for Future OAS Publications

1.  To update your address to the regular OAS mailing list to receive OAS publications, complete the following information. Please update your mailing address at least once a year to ensure receiving the publications you want and to avoid the cost of publications being returned because of an incorrect or out-of-date mailing address.  Because of similar names, etc. when updating, please include both your old and new mailing addresses. Thanks.
